My name is Louis Burke and I have been working in the flooring industry for over 25 years. I have fitted carpets for most of the large carpet companies in the North East and have built great relationships with all of these companies and their suppliers.
 
After working as a fitter for many years, one of the main question customers always ask is, “can you come and show me some samples”? Most of the big companies don’t do this and expect the customer to come to the showrooms or get small samples online. I realised that this wasn’t ideal for a lot of customers and felt there was a gap in the market.
